Me, my brother and my sisters based in USA had inherited our property from our parents. To optimize the use, we settled the matter amongst us siblings and thought of redevelopment of the same. Though construction of our own house is a dream for anyone, the process is very taxing & demanding indeed. So the next best alternative is to engage a builder through a collaboration agreement. However, it is akin to trusting one's hard earned life savings to a rank outsider. The stamp paper agreement appears to have just a placebo effect. But contrary to all the above apprehensions, Jaju Builders is a pleasant exception.

Starting from the initial negotiations to the handing over, we couldn't have asked for more. The paperwork was meticulous and just perfect, architectural plans created by their experienced architect were creative, space-efficient while meeting statutory norms and execution team was very diligent.

Being one of the original owners and a civil engineer, I had an opportunity to observe the building through its various stages of construction more keenly & critically. Barring a little customization, I hardly had anything to point out or suggest.

The USP of the team is the intolerance to any deficiency, adherence to quality and attention to the details during the construction. The end product, our dream house, fully conforms to the agreed specifications and exceeds our expectations. While thanking them for fulfilling the contractual obligations, we wish them all the best for their future ventures.

We have just moved into our new house in D Block, Defence Colony, built by Jaju Builders. There are 3 distinct things that set them completely apart from every other builder -

One is their integrity. They do not compromise on the quality of construction & give what they promise. Second is their flexibility to give the owners what they want rather than churn out standard stuff other builders do and third is their response to any problem that may occur after handing over the house.

The biggest mistake owners do while selecting a builder is to see the finished product. The selection should be made at the construction stage when the core of the building is being created. On that count alone, Jaju Builders score over every other builder.

Before my retirement as Secretary to Government of India, I had the privilege of meeting Mr. Ajit Jaju, Managing Director of “Jaju Builders”, who was building several flats in the areas namely, Vasant Vihar, Safdarjang Enclave, Greater Kailash etc. Mr. Jaju was kind enough to offer me the first floor of the building at # 33, Paschimi Marg, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi – 110057 in an 850 square yard plot.

I have since occupied the flat and I found his construction to be outstanding. He has used the best of the materials like the best of the Italian marble and best of the sanitary and bath fittings. The bathrooms he has made are better than those found in five-star hotels. I had seen before, several other builder’s flats and found Mr. Jaju’s flats to be the best and price also, most reasonable.

As a Civil Servant, I had to take bank loan and I could only pay him in installments. Mr. Jaju was found to be most accommodating and all his financial dealings were totally above-board.

I found Mr. Jaju’s customer dealings so genuine, that, I decided to continue our relationship. Now he is like a family member.
